Policies & Terms.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged approximately 3 weeks prior to arrival. Booking direct via our website guarantees our best available rate.

Direct bookings: check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. Third-party bookings: check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Late check-in arrangements can be made — please contact us in advance.

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and booking channel. For direct bookings, please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel. The Rosedene reserves the right to charge the full booking amount for late cancellations or no-shows.

Children aged 4 and above are welcome. We are unable to accommodate children under 4 years of age. Family rooms are Room 8 and Room 11.

Pets are not accepted during the main season (March to October). Small dogs may be considered outside the main season — please contact us before booking.

The Rosedene is a strictly non-smoking property throughout. Guests found smoking will be charged a deep-cleaning fee and may be asked to leave.

Free street parking on Arvon Avenue — no restrictions. There is no private car park.
