Perfect will stay again 😃 Perfect. Beautifully decorated, double fronted Victorian hotel. The owners go out of their way to make sure you stay is perfect. Level walking distance to bars, beach, pier, shops and Cafes. 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Cannot fault this hotel. It was amazing.

Excellent Hotel As soon as you walked into the door of the hotel it smelled amazing, the hotel was beautiful very clean, the owners are lovely and friendly. We had a warm welcome it felt like a home away from home. The rooms was perfect beautifully decorated. The beds was one if the most comfortable bed I have slept on. The guest lounge area was nice and chilled myself and my partner enjoyed having a drink watching a film and playing games. We have already booked to come back couldn't recommend the hotel enjoyed 10/10 perfect excellent.
We booked 3 nights in a double room. Confirmation was instant, checked in online, great customer service. In the centre of Llandudno, yet quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Rosedene is light and airy; everywhere is spotless, with lovely decor and it even smells amazing. Room 7 was a lovely modern room with ensuite bathroom, tea, coffee, biscuits – large TV, wifi, everything you could want (including a fan). The icing on the cake is that Rosedene is licensed, with drinks available at reasonable prices. - A lovely way to end the day, a quiet drink, sitting outside in the sun; in the lounge or in your room. Thank you Andrea and Mark for a wonderful stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back. What a wonderful place to stay.
