A wonderful 2 night stay at this lovely hotel, which is in an ideal location, in the centre of Llandudno, with the beach and pier being only a few minutes walk away. Mark and Andrea are the most welcoming, lovely people who could not do enough for me, throughout my stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including comfy beds, tea and coffee, water, biscuits and a good shower. An iron is also available, which was perfect for me as I was on business travel and had shirts to iron. It's likely I'll be back in Llandudno for work again and I will definitely be heading back to the Rosedene.

Really lovely place to stay This is our second visit to Rosedene. We love this place. It is very clean. I love the motion sensor lighting on each floor. Plus the electric light up mirror in the bathroom. These things give the place a modern look. Mark and Andrea go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and happy. Rosedene is close to restaurants, bars, beachfront and other things. We park our car and don’t use it again until we leave. We will definitely go back

Great accomodation at a reasonableprice Best presented hotel in the street, once inside the hotel is immaculately decorated very clean and with high end ficture and fittings and always smells fresh. The hosts are always very pleasant and very accomodating to your needs. Will return again as it is such high end accomomodation without having to pay £200 plus for a 4 star hotel in the area. What a Gem Lovely place to stay. Very clean. Coffee machine in the room. Plenty of teabags and biscuits too. Close to town. Andrea and Mark were great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend.

A very welcoming stay We were looking for a 2 night stay in Llandudno and were fortunate to be able to get the last room in this excellent guest house. The rooms are of a very high standard with very clean modern décor and very well equipped. The hosts, Mark and Andrea were very welcoming and helpful and the location couldn't be better. You are right in the centre, a 5 minute walk from the pier and there a plenty or nearby places to eat. I can fully understand why Rosedene gets booked up quickly so if you are looking to stay in Llandudno you need to be quick to book, you will not be disappointed.
