Fabulous place to stay Rosedean is a lovely place to stay. My room was large with plenty of space to move around, did not feel confined. The room was super clean. Bed was comfortable, towels soft with products available for guests to use. Mark and Andrea were fabulous hosts, ensuring my stay was relaxing. Provided a friendly homely atmosphere. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable, giving advice and guidance on places to visit in the area. Outside area is available to sit, eat and chill. A lounge is available with seating area in which to eat, relax or do a jigsaw I will certainly be returning!

Arrived as guests, went away with great memories and two new friends .🧡 Stunningly well decorated guest house,near to all the amenities that Llandudno has to offer. Every effort has been put in to make sure guests have a superb stay,Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts,this was our 2nd visit we've booked again.

Thank you so much Picked the rosedene because of the reviews and location and got more than we bargaining for. Not just a great location all the reviews were spot on . Just round the corner from town centre, super clean, lovely homely feel and Andrea and Mark can not do enough for you. It was my partners birthday ask if they could pickup some flowers and champagne not a problem. Flowers on bed and champagne on ice. Made it such a beautiful touch to a all ready beautiful room can't say enough about you both just thank you from the bottom of our hearts love col n jan xxx

Wonderful short break. Lovely hosts. My room was very comfortable and the whole place was immaculately kept. Tea coffee biscuits etc were plenty full...so was the bottled water. Highly recommend and it's near enough to all the pubs restaurants and promenade....but still very quiet for a restful nights sleep.

Another lovely visit to Llandudno, staying at the Rosedene! This is my 3rd visit to Rosedene and it was as fantastic as ever. Andrea and Mark are excellent hosts, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable and the tea/coffee/biscuits provided in the room were just the job when coming back from a trip out. The Rosedene is just a few minutes walk from the Promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops and museums, whilst the road on which it's situated remains relatively quiet. There is ample free parking on the surrounding streets too. I find the Rosedene to be great value for money - breakfast is not provided and this is reflected in the price.
