Rosedene perfect break Fabulous place we always stay here, super friendly and so clean and comfy. And on the doorstep for food and the shops. Highly recommend Andrea and Mark go out of there way to make our stay trouble free. This is definitely the best place to stay when visiting llandudno and the surrounding area.
Excellent room only accomodation Very welcoming hosts. Lovely room, comfy bed. Downstairs room where you can eat your own food and also watch tv. Also, complimentary tea and coffee provided here as well as in the room. Cold water is also kept in a fridge. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark & Andrea.
What a superb Guest House. Mark and Andrea gave us such a warm welcome the place is so modern and clean and so tastefully decorated the Bedrooms are lovely, it’s very close to all amenities the Beach and the Pier and the Tram station to the Great Orem is just up the road you’ll not regret booking here we will definitely return
Excellent facilities. The room was very good and clean, the facilities were excellent and the owners were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Everything was at hand and if you required a drink they even had alcohol to purchase. Overall a very pleasant stay and would go back if we ever go back to Llandudno.
Lovely place to stay This is a very clean and modern, tastefully decorated guest house with friendly hosts, Andrea and Mark. Definitely good value compared to other places. It's only a 3 minute walk to the seafront and even less to the main shops, restaurants and attractions. Although breakfast is not served here there are nearby cafes etc and tea, coffee, biscuits and water were always available in the room or lounge. It felt more like a hotel than a guest house for good reasons and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
