Outstanding guest house Spent 3 night s at the Rosedene. Absolutely wonderful. Hosts Andrea and Mark were so lovely, friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place was absolutely immaculate with a cozy guest lounge and great facilities . The bedroom was beautiful with a comfy bed and pillows and a pristine bathroom that smells delightful. Definitely the nicest guest house we have stayed and definitely will only stay at the Rosedene when in Llandudno. Thanks again Andrea snd Mark

Amazing place to stay We absolutely loved staying at the Rosedene. Such a great spot right next to town, but also tucked away. The beach was a 5 minute walk so you're close to the pier and amusements. The Rosedene felt like home, we were well looked after but also given our privacy. Andrea and Mark were lovely hosts and we couldn't recommend their place enough. We'll definitely be going back this summer!

An enchanted place. We aleays fell like we are in a magical place. Fantastic place. Wonderful owners. Family atmosphere Peace and quiet.Nice and very clean hotel. A very stylish hotel. The rooms are cozy and very clean. Interesting places nearby. Very little trafić. Side street. We always fell like we are in a magical place.

Another fantastic stay at the Rosedean Another fabulous stay at the Rosedean. We have stayed here numerous times and its always 10 out of 10 . The rooms are gorgeous always spotless and the beds and amenities are fantastic and so homely. Andrea and Mark are absolutely the most amazing hosts, they cant do enough for you. We love the Rosedean and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

Rosedene perfect break Excellent place welcoming and always with a smile. Definitely staying again top top place to stay when in llandudno. The rooms are excellent and spotless clean and tidy everywhere. You will not regret staying here, Andrea and Mark are great host's
