What a great stay here, we took our grandson for 2 nights, wish we had stayed longer. There was absolutely nothing out of place, the hosts were amazing, they have done so much in the short space of time here, and have some great plans for the place.
We couldn't fault anything, the cleanliness, decor, location top notch.
Family room was really comfortable, all needs catered for.
Slept really well, in comfortable surroundings.
They don't do food, but enough places to eat close by.
Would we come back? Definately
Would we recommend? again definately.

My partner and I have just come back from spending 5 wonderful nights at The Rosedene in Llandudno, all we can say is we just cant wait to go back, its the first time we have been to Llandudno in such a long time and glad we chose Andrea and Marks fantastic guest house !
We travelled all the way up from Surrey, but it was well worth the visit and from the moment we were greeted by Andrea, we knew we were in for a fantastic stay.
Nothing is too much trouble and we enjoyed drinks and nibbles sat in the sun, we even came back with a tan.
We stayed in their Room 3 which included a fantastic décor and a kingsize bed, it felt like home from home.
The guest house is situated on a lovely quiet street, just round the corner from all the great restaurants and night life with Llandudno ideally situated to get to the likes of Betws-y-Coed, Beddgelert and the whole of what Anglesey has to offer, with its awesome beaches and great eateries.
We even managed to borrow their super deck chairs for a sun bathe on west shore beach, the beach is somewhere we had never been before and is a 15 minute walk away.
On the last night of our stay, they treated us to a lovely Thorntons box of chocolates, which was a lovely surprise, and something we have never had from any other holiday stay, we ate them whilst watching a Netflix movie in the guest lounge, talking to other guests and wishing we weren't going home the next morning.
Its now our number one UK holiday destination, don't hesitate to book as you will not regret it.
Keep up the good work guys and we will be back for bonfire night and the potato ash !

Absolutely fantastic stay at The Rosedene, the room was immaculate, Andrea was a brilliant hostess and couldn't do enough for us , made our stay very relaxing and will definitely be returning with family. Could not fault one thing .10/10.

Beautiful and homely
This is our second visit here, such a beautiful homely place to stay. Andrea and Mark are so lovely and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They do all they can to make your stay a comfortable as possible, position is situated perfectly near to the peir and shops and restaurants. Will definitely be returning 😌
Beautiful room, great location
The room was perfectly clean and with a lot of light. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The place was centrally located and was very good value for money. Andrea and Mark were excellent hosts, we'll be happy to come back and stay again one day.
