A very warm welcome and a lovely, nicely decorated, very comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable and a nice provision of water, coffee teas and biscuit bars. The shower room was a good size and the shower was perfect.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Llandudno! The hotel is in a great location, with only short walking distance to the pier, shops, pubs, tram and beach. Free street parking was available directly in front of the hotel. The owners are really friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room and whole hotel was so clean, it was absolutely spotless! Very happy with our stay, we will be returning. Thanks a lot!
The nice experience starts at the front door. 1) The Rosedene is very inviting. 2) Andrea and Marc are very welcoming, always there to answer uestions and make their guests feel comfortable. 3) The room was nicely made up and very clean.

A little gem of a hotel Fabulous hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hotel. Perfect decor, very peaceful and quiet. Great location, within walking distance of the beach, the promenade, the pier, and the high street. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. On street parking was OK, always managed to find a space. Spotless.
