Excellent - friendly and welcoming hosts and lovely rooms Fantastic place to stay. Room very clean comfortable and well equipped.Mark and Andrea super hosts very welcoming and communication regarding arrival and departure details very useful. Location superb for both town and beach . Downstairs lounge area was excellent, although we didn't use it it is a great addition if you want to bring a takeaway in to eat. Thanks for being so welcoming. Will definitely be back

Spot on! Lovely spotlessly clean room. Warm welcome. Very clean, fresh environment. Staff on hand if any problems arose. Great location. Walking distance to town centre and main attractions, including Great Orme, Pier, promenade, shops, pubs, restaurants.

Just perfect. Thank you very much I had a lovely stay. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was lovely with shampoos n stuff. Fresh water available by the bed, some really nice touches. The hosts Andrea and Mark were so warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back as I go to Llandudno to get away. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way! My wife and I have just had a delightful 2 night stay here at the Rosedene. Mark and Andrea are the most loveliest of hosts and are just one of the many reasons why we will be returning. The location couldn't be more perfect, only steps away from all amenities. The guesthouse and our room was spotless, we really couldn't find one fault with our stay. We highly recommend the Rosedene to all and look forward to our next visit! Kind regards, Paul and Tara.

The perfect place to stay. My partner and I wanted a random spontaneous trip to somewhere for a night and we ended up coming to Llandudno. This place was the perfect place to stay as it was super close to the beach, arcades and even into the town. I highly recommend the location. We also loved our stay here, the rooms felt clean and were lovely. Big TV and great wifi. Coffee and tea in the room and Andrea was very welcoming.
