Truly exceptional stay, the hosts were so warm and welcoming Our stay here was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived. To our delight, we received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink, setting the tone for our visit. What set this place apart was the unique concept of allowing us to use the dining room and all the cutlery to create our own breakfast, a rarity we've never encountered elsewhere. It brought back fond memories of our trip to France last year. In addition, we had the pleasure of enjoying some fantastic dinners outside on the patio, basking in the sun and engaging in wonderful conversations with the owners. This establishment offers a one-of-a-kind experience that combines culinary freedom with delightful outdoor dining. We can't wait to return for more and are planning our next visit already!

A wonderful stay! Andrea and Mark were great hosts! They were very friendly and helpful. I felt like nothing was too much trouble to them. The room was nice and modern. The guest house is down a nice quiet street, but a very short walk away from Llandudno Pier, the beach, and it's near all amenities, like great shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope to return again on my next stay to Llandudno!
Perfect guesthouse - perfect hosts Wow what a fantastic long weekend - perfect setting. Perfect hosts and the most comfortable weekend away for a very long time. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend a week away for lovely relaxing break. Well
Great "B". Great "B" (the "B" stands for "Bed"). No breakfast at certain times of the year, but with so many options around the corner, notably The Loaf, this doesn't matter, especially since The Rosedene offers comfortable rooms in a fantastic location at a very competitive price. The proprietors, Mark and Andrea are lovely, and we returned a few weeks later. Cannot fault Rosedene- clean, friendly, literally a hundred yards from the pier. Parking in Llandudno is easy and usually free. A great base for exploring North Wales, and we'd go back (again) in a heartbeat.
Gem of a hotel - hidden treasure in Llandudno Hotel was immaculate. Greeted on arrival by the owner who was wonderful , Andrea can't do enough for you . We had a family room for three adults which was spacious. Lovely touches in the room, water is provided on arrival and biscuits and breakfast bars in room. Hotel is close to thr seafront and pier and is situated in a quiet side street so no noise in the evening. Would highly recommend a visit
