Absolutely wonderful place Another great stay at this fabulous guest house, both myself and my husband are always made to feel so welcome by the hosts Mark and Andrea. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything is literally on your doorstep, we parked the car Friday lunch and didn't get back in it until Sunday. Both Mark and Andrea give advise on good restaurants and cafes nearby. The guest house itself is pristine, literally feels like home from home. Very modern interior and wonderful comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean.

Lovely guest house clean comfortable and good location Had a lovely stay at The Rosedean this month - just for a couple of night to be by the sea. The guest house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with two lovely owners Andrea and Mark who were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the local Area. Situation was great not far from the sea front with all the pubs and restaurants and walking distance to the West Bank dunes .

Home away from home Had a fabulous time here with my mum and Nana, so much so that I’m coming back again next month! Lovely place and great location. Andrea and Mark are absolutely lovely

Room at the rosedene Amazing stay at the rosedene. Andrea and Mark were fantastic host .The room was spotless and everything in the room was great.shower was lovely. Great location right near the shops and restaurants also close to the beach and pier. Had a wonderful ten days can not wait to go back.stayed in room 6 lovely. Vic and Julie xx

Delicious and relaxing stopover at the Rosedene in Llandudno On our way to Ireland we made a stop in Llandudno in the Rosedene. Nice owners and a lovely and clean room. Highly recommended! And Llandudno and its surroundings have a lot to offer.
