Had a lovely stay in lovely house with great hosts in a perfect location The location was central to everything, the hotel was spotless, it had a lovely welcoming feeling to it. The owners Andrea & Mark couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful

So welcoming and lovely Mark and Andrea were so lovely, we came for our anniversary and they were so welcoming and it was more like a family home than a hotel. Everything was so clean and the bed so comfy, loved the complementary biscuits and tassimo in the room. So close to local restaurants and pubs too! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will be back! :-)

Friendly, great location and brilliant owners! Stayed as the Rosedene for two nights and what a brilliant experience we had. Andrea and Mark were so friendly and helpful at all times. Anything we needed at any time they was happy to help with, nothing was to much trouble! There was so many nice little touches as part of our stay too and always made sure we was okay. The room was also brilliant, it was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. This is by far the best place we have stayed in Landudno and it was in a brilliant location! Thanks again Andrea and Mark!
