Family trip to Llandudno! Mark and Andrea were extremely welcoming upon arrival and were both very helpful at any point we needed them. The hotel is within perfect walking distance of Llandudno train station, town centre and sea front, with many nice bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. Rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. For anyone staying in Llandudno, I’d absolutely recommend staying at The Rosedene. You won’t find better hosts than Mark and Andrea!

first visit Thank you Andrea and Mark for a lovely first stay for a few days break we received a very warm friendly welcome it is in a perfect location every where is spotless and we will come back again the bed is really nice and comfy it is a great place to stop mark carried our bags up to our room which was really kind of him

The best kept B&B in Llandudno. Had a great stay at the rosedene, the room was beautiful and well equipped. The whole house was spotlessly clean and Andrea and Mark were excellent host, they both work so hard to make your stay effortless. It's situated in a great location, very close to north pier and shops, bars, and restaurants. Can't wait to stay again. 🙂🏖.

Rosedene guest house Rosedene is a lovely guest house providing everything you need for your stay ,Very very clean,hosts so friendly and will do anything to help and licensed so you can enjoy a drink after your day .Close to the shops ,pier and the great Orme would stay again .

Weekend at a great guest house From the moment we got there the owners were so helpful and courteous. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfy which was great after all the walking around we did. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great guest house to enjoy your stay in Llandudno.
